Les Perrières Bourgogne Rouge

Domaine Simon Bize’s Les Perrières is a single-vineyard red Burgundy made from organically farmed Pinot Noir just outside Savigny-lès-Beaune. Now under Chisa Bize’s direction, the wine is fermented with native yeasts and partial whole clusters, then aged with minimal oak. Raspberry, rose and savoury spice unfold with mineral lift and fine, tapering tannins. It’s understated but impeccably detailed. Pair with roast duck, beetroot tart or aged Comté. This single-vineyard Pinot Noir shows floral fruit and structure, ideal with duck or hard cheese.
